Enablement Platform - Sales Roadmap, Product - Senior Associate

As a Senior Product Associate within the One Chase Field Enablement Platform (OCFEP) Product team, you will contribute to the evolution of a strategic platform capability that helps bankers and advisors connect customers with the right expertise across the firm. You will support the full product development lifecycle, from discovery through delivery, by translating customer and business needs into scalable product solutions. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will partner with Product, Technology, Design, Data, Legal, Risk, Controls, and business stakeholders to drive adoption, improve user experiences, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
Partner with Product leadership to identify customer and business opportunities through user research, stakeholder feedback, discovery activities, and product insights.
Own defined product workstreams from discovery through release, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Strategy, and business stakeholders to deliver prioritized outcomes.
Support the transformation of Connect Me to the Right Expert into a reusable enterprise capability by defining scalable features, integration requirements, and adoption strategies.
Translate customer and business requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting product documentation.
Conduct and synthesize user research, journey mapping, stakeholder feedback, and product analytics to support roadmap recommendations and product decisions.
Evaluate upstream and downstream impacts of product enhancements, including dependencies across referrals, leads, insights, routing, and cross-line-of-business experiences.
Partner closely with Technology teams to translate desired business outcomes into executable scope while supporting development, testing, release, and implementation activities.
Analyze, track, and evaluate product performance metrics, including adoption, quality, time-to-delivery, cost, and business outcomes throughout the product lifecycle.
Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, issues, and decision points to ensure timely delivery and execution.
Incorporate risk, controls, governance, auditability, and operational readiness requirements into product discovery, planning, and delivery processes.
Create and maintain clear product documentation and stakeholder communications using Jira and Confluence while serving as a reliable source of truth for requirements, decisions, status, and dependencies.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, product development, business analysis, or a related discipline.
Proven knowledge of the product development lifecycle, including discovery, requirements definition, development, testing, release, and continuous improvement.
Experience translating customer, business, and stakeholder needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
Ability to independently drive work in complex and ambiguous environments while identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
Strong collaboration skills with experience working across Product, Technology, Strategy, Operations, Risk, and business teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy, including using product insights and metrics to support decision-making.
Experience utilizing Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile product management tools.
Understanding of risk management, controls, governance, and operational readiness considerations within a regulated environment.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Experience delivering platform capabilities, workflow enablement solutions, or integrations within large-scale enterprise environments.
Experience supporting products that span multiple lines of business and stakeholder groups.
Experience operating within a controls-focused environment, including governance, traceability, auditability, and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with AI-enabled product development tools such as Copilot, Rhizome, or similar solutions.
Experience leveraging AI and large language model (LLM) tools to accelerate discovery, research, analysis, requirements development, and documentation.
Understanding of customer referral, lead management, workflow routing, or expertise-matching capabilities within financial services environments.
