In this remote consulting role, you will leverage your deep understanding of chemical sciences to train, evaluate, and refine frontier AI models, directly advancing how AI reasons through complex chemical data.
Core Responsibilities Once onboarded and matched with an active project, your contributions will include:
Training and evaluating AI models specifically focused on chemistry, molecular reasoning, and chemical data analysis.
Designing scientific tasks, grading criteria, and deliverables based on real-world laboratory scenarios.
Providing domain-specific, structured feedback on AI-generated research to advance automated scientific reasoning.
Candidate Profile
Robust professional experience in analytical chemistry techniques, laboratory experimentation, and chemical data analysis.
Exceptional written communication skills to clearly articulate complex chemical methodologies for non-specialist reviewers.
Highly self-motivated with the proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Engagement Details & Perks
Work Structure: 100% remote, independent contractor position. Set your own flexible schedule.
Commitment: Typical engagements range from 15 to 30 hours per week, depending on project scope and your availability.
Compensation: Highly competitive rate of $80.00 per hour. Payments are processed securely and weekly via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
