Role Overview We are seeking experienced Python developers and backend engineers to evaluate and refine AI-generated code. In this specialized role, you will utilize your real-world experience with PyCharm on macOS to review, debug, and test code, directly shaping the capabilities of frontier AI development tools.
Hardware & Software Requirements This project strictly requires the use of your own equipment. We do not provide hardware, virtual machines, or software licenses.
Operating System: Must be currently running macOS.
Software: Must have PyCharm (Python IDE) actively installed and available on your Mac.
Display / Resolution: You must be able to capture screenshots exceeding 2.5 megapixels. You must satisfy one of the following setups:
Option A (Single High-Res Monitor): QHD (2560×1440), 4K, 5K, Ultrawide displays, or built-in MacBook Pro 14" (3024×1964) / 16" (3456×2234) screens.
Option B (Dual Monitors): Two external displays side-by-side (minimum 1920×1080 each), captured as a single spanning image. (Note: A single 1080p screen does not qualify).
Candidate Profile
Professional hands-on experience using PyCharm for Python development, debugging, and virtual-environment management.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to provide clear, well-reasoned written feedback on code quality.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Project Terms & Compensation
Work Structure: 100% remote, independent contractor position.
Compensation: Highly competitive rate ranging from $55.00 to $65.00 per hour.
Payments: Processed securely and weekly via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
