About Us & The Project
TurbeLytics OÜ is a forward-thinking technology company based in Estonia, participating in cutting-edge European Research and Innovation Actions (RIA). We are currently expanding our team for the F-inference project: Efficient Foundation Model Inference Across the Computing Continuum.
The F-inference project aims to advance Generative AI by reducing reliance on centralized cloud infrastructure. By enabling the hyper-distribution of Foundation Models (FMs) across Cloud, Edge, and IoT tiers, the project reduces latency, energy consumption, and costs while preserving data sovereignty. We are building a Resource-driven Computing Continuum (RCC) to democratize AI for SMEs across domains like Resource Management and Advanced Industrial Systems.
The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Junior Project Manager based in Estonia to support the operational coordination, dissemination, and exploitation activities related to TurbeLytics’ contribution to the F-inference project. You will work closely with our technical team and international consortium partners to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with EU reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day management of the F-inference project, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time.
Coordinate communication between internal technical teams and external EU consortium partners.
Support the preparation of technical reports required by the European Commission.
Assist in organizing project meetings, workshops, and dissemination activities.
Track project KPIs.
Requirements:
Degree in IT, Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience (1-3 years) in project management or coordination (experience with EU Horizon/RIA projects is a strong plus).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Estonian is a plus but not mandatory).
Ability to translate complex technical progress into clear, high-level reports.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about AI, Foundation Models, and Edge computing ecosystems.
