Company Description Arcil is India’s first asset reconstruction company (ARC) focused on resolving non-performing loans (NPLs) acquired from banks and financial institutions. Established following the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, Arcil has played a pioneering role in setting industry standards in the asset reconstruction space. The organization is dedicated to recreating value from distressed assets and supports the revitalization of Indian industry during critical economic phases. In 2008, Arcil launched Arcil-Arms as its retail NPL resolution division, expanding its reach into the retail segment. Role Description The Associate role at Arcil-Arms is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Associate is responsible for supporting the resolution of retail non-performing loans through case handling, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. Daily activities may include reviewing loan files, updating records and systems, preparing reports, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements. The role involves regular communication with borrowers, banks, and other partners to facilitate structured solutions and timely closures of cases. Associates are expected to work collaboratively, maintain high standards of accuracy, and contribute to process improvements within the division.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial and legal documents.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel and Word) and comfort working with databases or loan management systems.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with borrowers, bank representatives, and internal teams.
Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage documentation, case files, and reporting accurately.
Understanding of basic banking, lending practices, or credit operations; exposure to NPL or recovery processes is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage time effectively, and handle multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, economics, or a related field; relevant internships or experience in financial services are preferred.
Commitment to ethical conduct, confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
