Job Position – Wealth Manager
Location - Kurla, Mumbai
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Wealth Manager to acquire, manage, and grow relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNI), Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI), and Family Office clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in wealth management, investment advisory, and B2B business development, with the ability to provide tailored financial solutions aligned with clients' investment objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire and manage HNI, UHNI, and Family Office clients for wealth and investment solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate partners, financial intermediaries, and institutional networks to drive business growth.
Advise clients on a wide range of investment products, including:
Mutual Funds
PMS (Portfolio Management Services)
AIFs (Alternative Investment Funds)
Bonds & Fixed Income Products
Insurance Solutions
Structured Products
Equity & Alternative Investments
Understand client financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences to design customized wealth strategies.
Drive revenue through cross-selling and upselling of investment and wealth management products.
Monitor market trends, economic developments, and investment opportunities to provide informed recommendations.
Collaborate with internal investment, research, and product teams to deliver suitable portfolio solutions.
Maintain long-term relationships with key clients through regular engagement and portfolio reviews.
Possess a working knowledge of Forex markets and currency-related investment products.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal investment guidelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
MBA, CFP, NISM, or other relevant certifications will be preferred.
Proven experience in Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, or Relationship Management.
Strong exposure to B2B sales and distribution of investment products.
Experience managing HNI, UHNI, and Family Office relationships.
Good understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management concepts.
Basic knowledge of Forex markets and global investment trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Strong networking and business development capabilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates from Private Banks, Wealth Management Firms, NBFCs, Broking Houses, Asset Management Companies, or Investment Advisory Firms will be preferred.
Existing relationships within the HNI/UHNI segment will be an added advantage.
Demonstrated track record of revenue generation, client acquisition, and portfolio growth.
Self-motivated, client-focused, and driven to achieve business targets.
