Chief of Engineering

The Chief of Engineering will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of ECIL engineering practices. A minimum of 34 years of experience in the engineering field, with a proven track record of leadership and innovation.
Advanced degree in Engineering or a related field, with relevant certifications and professional memberships.
Demonstrated success in leading and managing engineering teams, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
Excellent knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and technologies, including a deep understanding of industry trends.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and provide effective solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of engineers.

Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Engineering department, aligning with Essar UK Services' overall vision and goals.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement them within the department.
Develop and implement engineering processes and standards to enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety.
