Field & Channel Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Field & Channel Marketing Manager based in United States.
This role leads field and channel marketing strategy across a defined region or partner ecosystem, with a strong focus on enterprise pipeline and account growth.
You’ll manage an event portfolio spanning tradeshows, executive dinners, and targeted programs rather than focusing on individual events in isolation.
The role combines strategic planning, campaign execution, budget optimization, and hands-on stakeholder management.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Account Executives, channel teams, vendors, and partners to align programs with priority accounts and verticals.
A major part of the role is building scalable playbooks, systems, templates, and measurement frameworks that improve how the wider marketing organization operates.
You’ll also mentor colleagues, resolve complex stakeholder issues, and use performance data to continuously improve investment decisions.
This is an opportunity for an experienced B2B marketer to shape a growing field marketing function while directly influencing pipeline, account penetration, and team effectiveness.
