# Senior Full Stack Java Engineer
## About the Role
Hansen Talent Group (HTG) is seeking a **Senior Full Stack Java Engineer** to join a growing and innovative development team. This remote contract opportunity is suited for full stack developers with hands-on experience designing and developing enterprise applications and who are ready to take the next step in their careers.
The role involves collaborating with architects, business leaders, stakeholders, and business analysts to design enterprise applications, develop and review complex code, support cloud migration initiatives, and provide technical guidance across application and development processes.
## Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications and application workflows.
* Support architectural planning and design discussions and provide technical input to architects on enterprise application improvements.
* Design and develop complex full stack applications using **Vue.js, React, Angular, Java, Spring, and Node.js**.
* Develop and maintain applications across TypeScript and Java codebases.
* Support migration projects that move monolithic applications to the cloud.
* Architect and support **microservices** to enable successful application delivery.
* Develop and support applications hosted on **AWS**.
* Take ownership of products and provide technical guidance to improve applications and development processes.
* Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, client meetings, and code reviews.
* Serve as a project or team lead when required.
## Required Qualifications
* In-depth experience designing and developing **full stack applications**.
* Strong hands-on experience with **TypeScript and Java** codebases.
* Hands-on experience creating and supporting **microservices**.
* Hands-on experience with **AWS-hosted applications**.
* Experience with full stack development using front-end technologies such as **Vue.js**
