Role Description The Business Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The individual will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications. Daily responsibilities include assessing current business processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities, and supporting the design of solutions that align with organizational goals. The role involves preparing reports, process maps, and documentation, facilitating meetings and workshops, and ensuring effective communication between business and technical teams. The Business Analyst will also support project implementation, track progress against requirements, and contribute to continuous process optimization.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and validate stakeholder needs and translate them into clear specifications.
Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map, evaluate, and improve workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Candidates should possess Communication skills to facilitate discussions, present findings, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field; professional certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are an advantage.
Ability to use business analysis tools and methodologies, familiarity with project management practices, and experience working in IT or consulting environments are beneficial.
