Gallery Silver Scapes is looking for a dynamic and well-connected Trade Expansion Manager to drive the growth of our business across the luxury art and design ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone who understands premium clientele, relationship-led business development, strategic partnerships, and market expansion, and can create meaningful commercial opportunities within the art and luxury space.
The Role
As Trade Expansion Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new avenues of growth, developing high-value relationships, expanding our network, and building strategic collaborations that strengthen the Gallery’s presence across markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new markets, territories, and business opportunities.
• Build relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, art collectors, corporates, interior designers, architects, luxury brands, hospitality groups, developers, dealers, and institutions.
• Develop strategic B2B and institutional partnerships.
• Identify potential clients and partners and convert opportunities into meaningful business relationships.
• Represent the Gallery at art fairs, exhibitions, private previews, networking events, and industry gatherings.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients, partners, and opportunities.
• Conduct market intelligence and identify emerging opportunities within the art, luxury, design, and lifestyle sectors.
• Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Curatorial, and Operations teams to execute growth initiatives.
• Prepare business development plans, partnership proposals, and regular opportunity reports.
• Take ownership of assigned business development and revenue objectives.
What We’re Looking For
• 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, Trade Expansion, or Market Development.
• Strong exposure to luxury, art, design, real estate, hospitality, premium retail, or related sectors is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong professional network and ability to cultivate long-term relationships.
• Commercially driven with a sophisticated understanding of premium clientele.
• Confident, polished, proactive, and comfortable representing a luxury-facing brand.
• Ability to work independently, build opportunities from the ground up, and take ownership of outcomes.
