Sales Associate

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in South Delhi. The Sales Associate will welcome customers, understand their preferences, and provide product recommendations to support an engaging shopping experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting and explaining products, handling inquiries, processing sales transactions, and maintaining accurate billing and records. The role also involves ensuring that displays are well-organized, inventory is monitored, and the gallery space remains clean and visually appealing. The Sales Associate will collaborate with the team to meet sales targets, support promotional activities, and provide consistent, courteous service to all visitors.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse visitors.
Candidates should possess sales and retail skills, including product presentation, upselling, and handling point-of-sale systems and cash or digital transactions.
Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple customers, maintain store displays, and track basic inventory details.
Candidates should possess problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address customer concerns and support a smooth in-store experience.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi or other local languages is an advantage.
Prior experience in retail, luxury goods, fashion, lifestyle, or gallery environments is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, including weekends and peak hours as required.
A positive attitude, reliability, and a professional appearance are essential.
