🚨 Hiring: SAP Data Migration Consultant | S/4HANA | LTMC / LTMOM
We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant to join a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA Transformation Project for an international customer.
📍 Work Location: Initially Remote
💼 Experience: 5+ Years
🌐 Project: SAP S/4HANA Transformation – Germany
💼 Budget: Up to 20LPA CTC
💼 Notice: Immediate to 15-20 days
🔑 Mandatory Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with:
• SAP Data Migration Cockpit (DMC)
• LTMC / LTMOM – Mandatory
• Migration Object Templates (MOTs)
• Staging Table Method
• Direct Transfer Method
• File Transfer Method
• Legacy data extraction frameworks
• Migration of Master Data + Transactional Data
• LSMW / BDC / BAPI / IDoc / ALE interfaces
📌 Key Responsibilities
• Analyze legacy data and define migration requirements
• Prepare data mapping and transformation documents
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation and loading
• Execute migration activities using SAP Migration Cockpit / LTMC / LTMOM
• Conduct mock loads, reconciliation and data validation
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover and post-go-live activities
• Work closely with FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, PM and QM teams
• Collaborate with functional, technical and business stakeholders
🎯 What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of relevant SAP Data Migration experience
• Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP DMC / LTMC / LTMOM
• Experience migrating both master and transactional data
• At least one full-cycle Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation
• Strong understanding of SAP master and transactional data
• Good English communication and stakeholder management skills
• SAP Activate knowledge/certification is an advantage
