### *About the Role*
We are looking for a *Salesforce Agentforce dev* to lead the design, implementation, and governance of AI-powered autonomous agents on the Salesforce platform. You will be the technical authority bridging core Salesforce architecture with Agentforce to drive intelligent automation, productivity, and customer experience at scale.
This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who has deep Salesforce expertise and proven experience deploying Agentforce to solve complex enterprise problems.
### *Key Responsibilities*
*Architecture & Design*
- Design end-to-end *Agentforce solutions* including AI agents, topics, actions, guardrails, and data integrations within Salesforce
- Define scalable architecture for *Salesforce Core + Data Cloud + Agentforce + Voice Cloud/Health Cloud* ecosystems
- Create solution blueprints, HLD/LLD, and integration patterns for autonomous agents across Sales, Service, and Marketing
*Implementation & Delivery*
- Lead Agentforce implementation: agent creation, prompt engineering, action setup, and testing
- Configure and extend *Salesforce Core, Flow, Apex, LWC, and APIs* to support agent capabilities
- Ensure security, compliance, and data governance for agent interactions
*Leadership & Strategy*
- Act as the *subject matter expert* for Agentforce to clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams
- Define best practices, reusable frameworks, and CoE standards for Agentforce adoption
- Drive PoCs and demos to showcase business value of AI agents
- Mentor junior developers and architects on Salesforce + Agentforce patterns
*Collaboration*
- Partner with Product, Business, Data, and Security teams to align Agentforce roadmap with business outcomes
- Work closely with Salesforce, AI, and Cloud teams to troubleshoot and optimize performance
### *Required Skills & Qualifications*
- *6+ years* of overall experience in Salesforce ecosystem
- *2+ years* of hands-on experience with *Salesforce Agentforce / Einstein for Service / Copilot / Autonomous Agents*
- *Salesforce Certifications:* Architect-level preferred. Must have `Application Architect` or `System Architect`. `Agentforce Specialist` or `Einstein AI` certs are a plus
- Deep expertise in *Salesforce Core*: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Flow, Apex, LWC, Integration
- Strong understanding of *LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Governance* in an enterprise context
- Experience integrating Agentforce with *external systems via APIs, Mulesoft, or Platform Events*
- Experience in *Voice Cloud* or *Health Cloud* is highly desirable
- Proven experience leading 2+ full-cycle Salesforce implementations
### *Good to Have*
- Experience with *Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar LLM platforms*
- Knowledge of data privacy, responsible AI, and compliance standards
- Prior consulting/client-facing experience
