𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆
The role requires to support ADP Global View payroll platform as part of the Global Payroll Digital Technology team.
You will work with varying teams including RTX Business Units, Vendors and Implementation partners to help design, build, and test the payroll solution. The person is an ADP Global View payroll technical SME with techno-functional payroll system experience, helping drive transformation, automation, and continuous improvement for GlobalView’s payroll business processes, reporting and integrations.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Supporting different project deliverables that includes Payroll Processes, Reporting and Integrations for ADP GlobalView payroll system.
• Support Global Secure File Movement (MFT).
• Support implementation of Workday data integration via PECI/PICOF and G2 integrations with ADP GlobalView payroll system.
• Collaborate with vendors and business partners during project deliverables.
• Work with lead to deliver solutions using ADP’s implementation methodology + GlobalView product technical knowledge.
• Attend project meetings to gather business requirements independently.
• Document solution designs & requirements, create functional specifications.
• Assist with data cleansing, mapping, conversion, and reconciliation.
• Support through different project phases: UAT, parallel, go-live.
• Own gaps or mismatches between RTX needs and ADP’s GV template, helping to escalate & resolve.
• Perform Quality Assurance on all project deliverables.
• Manage risk at the project level.
• Status reporting to Project Manager / Team Lead.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
• 3+ years of experience in ADP GlobalView Payroll platform.
• Strong ADP GlobalView Payroll implementation experience which includes its processes, reporting, integration tools and methodology.
• Solution design experience.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and with other people.
• Strong time management and self-motivation skills.
• Self-starter, adaptable, detail-oriented, strategic thinker.
• Experience with large projects / implementations.
• Worked within a project-managed environment with structured meetings and deliverables.
• Should have good knowledge of the project life cycle.
