Lead Product Designer

Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end product design from discovery, user research and problem definition to launch, optimisation and iteration.
Design and optimise consumer-facing B2C experiences across onboarding, discovery, conversion, engagement and retention.
Understand consumer behaviour, user pain points and customer journeys and translate insights into effective product experiences.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Business and senior stakeholders to define problems and drive design decisions.
Use product metrics, analytics, user feedback and usability testing to improve product experiences and outcomes.
Lead, mentor and guide designers through design reviews, feedback and problem-solving.
Build and maintain scalable design systems across products.
Leverage AI tools and AI-powered workflows for research, ideation, prototyping and execution
Must-Have Requirements:
6-8 years of Product Design experience.
Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on B2C product experience is mandatory.
Proven experience owning B2C products end-to-end, from concept to launch and optimisation.
Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, customer journeys, conversion, engagement and retention.
Strong expertise in UX, UI, interaction design, prototyping and design systems.
Hands-on AI tool experience is mandatory.
Hands-on Framer experience is mandatory.
Experience in team leadership and mentoring.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Strong product thinking and data-driven approach to design decisions.
Proficiency in Figma and Framer.
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end B2C product case studies and measurable impact.
