MODULE LEAD - Business Analysis

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough business analysis to identify compliance requirements and gaps within the investment banking domain.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to compliance processes.
Analyze the trade life cycle to ensure all compliance aspects are addressed and documented.
Develop and maintain compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
Work closely with IT and development teams to implement compliance solutions and enhancements.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate staff on compliance-related processes and tools.
Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on existing compliance frameworks.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to business units regarding compliance issues and best practices.
Mandatory Skills:
8 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on compliance.
Strong knowledge of the investment banking domain.
In-depth understanding of the trade life cycle.
Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with compliance tools and software.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards in the financial services industry.
Project management experience is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
