Why This Role Matters
As Technical Program Manager you’ll own the journey from signed merchant to live storefront, managing 20–25 onboarding programs at a time across storefront development, integrations, checkout, and QA. As the first dedicated program owner for Ratio onboarding, you’ll also build the playbook, processes, and automation needed to scale the function.
What You’ll Own
Own end-to-end merchant onboarding against committed go-live timelines.
Lead requirement gathering, scope definition, and change management with merchants.
Drive technical implementation across storefronts, integrations, and GoKwik Checkout with Engineering.
Own merchant communication, risks, dependencies, and blockers through go-live.
Identify onboarding bottlenecks and build automation to eliminate manual workflows.
Build scalable processes, templates, checklists, capacity plans, and onboarding playbooks.
Drive execution across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and Sales without direct authority.
Provide clear portfolio visibility on timelines, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
Who You Are
4-6 years in technical program management, product implementation, or customer-facing delivery roles.
Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, authentication, webhooks, and troubleshooting.
Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Proven ability to build scalable processes and automation-led solutions.
Strong stakeholder and client management skills, including senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Good to have: Shopify, payments/checkout, e-commerce, D2C, n8n/Zapier/Retool, and JIRA experience.
