About the Role
We're looking for a Technology Solution Architect who owns both design and execution — architecting solutions and then building them hands-on with the team, not handing off a design and stepping back.
In search of a true polyglot with deep full-stack expertise—an adaptable engineer who builds across diverse ecosystems (e.g., Python, Node.js, React, scalable API design, Cloud, and AI/GenAI) rather than spending their career locked into a single technology stack.
Responsibilities
Design end-to-end technology solutions, defining architecture, standards, and reusable frameworks
Choose the right tech stack based on client needs, scalability, and maintainability
Write production code as part of the delivery team — direct execution, not just design or review
Own the full lifecycle from discovery to deployment, turning requirements into technical designs and delivery plans
Work embedded with clients to understand real workflows firsthand, not design at a distance
Guide development teams through code/design reviews, ensuring solutions meet security and governance standards
Bring LLMs and applied AI/agentic capabilities into solution design where relevant, staying current on emerging tooling
Work with client stakeholders to spot opportunities, and support pre-sales through solution design and proposals
Drive continuous improvement and innovation across delivered solutions
Qualifications
Hands-on technical depth to both architect and personally build solutions — not a design-only or review-only role
Track record independently owning architecture decisions and delivering solutions with a team
Strong grasp of software/system design principles
Clear communicator across technical and business audiences
Experience leading or technically guiding developers, with a leadership mindset and willingness to keep learning
Nice to Have
Experience across multiple tech stacks/languages
Exposure to AI/ML or automation
Consulting or client-facing delivery background
Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure)
Experience mentoring junior engineers
