Our operations team plays a key role in delivering high-quality datasets while maintaining speed, accuracy, and operational excellence.

We were 20 people 3 months ago, now we are 70 and we are hiring another 50 people, so its fast moving environment. The role would be managing cross-functional teams in office.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the Evening/Night shift operations team.
Allocate daily tasks and monitor work completion.
Track attendance, productivity, and overall team performance.
Guide, coach, and support team members to improve performance.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Operations Managers, and other departments for smooth workflow.
Ensure daily targets are completed within timelines and quality standards.
Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns when required.
Ensure all company SOPs, processes, and quality guidelines are followed.
Conduct regular quality checks and provide feedback to the team.
Maintain operational reports, attendance records, and productivity trackers.
Share shift updates and operational reports with management.
Support onboarding and training of new team members.
Promote discipline, accountability, and a positive work environment.
Eligibility & Skills
Graduate in any discipline.
5–8 years of experience in Operations, BPO, Back Office, AI Operations, or Team Management.
Prior experience leading a team is Mandatory.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, and reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Working Schedule
5 Working Days per Week
Evening (3PM - 12 PM)
9 Hours per Day (8.5 Working Hours + 30 Minutes Break)
Rotational Weekly Off
