Lead Systems Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Systems Analyst based in United States.
This role provides senior technical leadership for complex voice communications and telecommunications systems.
You will guide software development personnel while overseeing technical design, implementation, validation, deployment, and ongoing system performance.
The position combines systems analysis, telecommunications engineering, network operations, troubleshooting, security, and customer support.
You will work closely with project and program managers, architects, engineering and operations teams, service management, customers, and senior leadership.
A key focus is ensuring voice and network technologies remain secure, reliable, efficient, and aligned with user and business needs.
You will also identify opportunities to enhance existing systems, communicate deployment risks, and support the adoption of emerging telecommunications technologies.
This is a highly field-oriented opportunity requiring significant travel and an active Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret.
