We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Data Cloud & Agentforce Engineer with strong experience in Salesforce, Data Cloud, AI, and enterprise integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
Configure Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, Segments, and Data Actions.
Build and optimize Agentforce Topics, Skills, Actions, Prompt Templates, and AI grounding.
Develop Customer 360, CRM Analytics, Sales AI, and Contract Intelligence solutions.
Integrate Salesforce with Databricks, CRM/ERP systems, APIs, and middleware.
Support Document AI, data governance, security, and platform performance.
Troubleshoot production issues and mentor Salesforce developers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field.
6+ years Salesforce experience.
2+ years hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience.
Strong SQL and enterprise integration experience.
Experience with Agentforce/Einstein AI and CRM Analytics.
Knowledge of data governance and Agile/Scrum.
Preferred
Salesforce Data Cloud / AI certifications.
Databricks and Document AI experience.
Customer 360, RAG, prompt engineering, and semantic data modeling experience.
