Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Automation / CRM Architect with strong hands-on experience in HubSpot and Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement). The candidate will design scalable marketing automation solutions, lead-to-revenue processes, CRM integrations, and future-state marketing architecture across Marketing, Sales and RevOps.
Key Responsibilities
Design and architect HubSpot and Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement solutions.
Assess current marketing platforms, integrations and processes and define the future-state architecture.
Design HubSpot–Salesforce integrations, data synchronization and field mapping.
Architect lead lifecycle, lead scoring, segmentation, nurture journeys and campaign automation.
Lead solution-design workshops and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, RevOps and Technology stakeholders.
Perform integration/gap analysis and provide roadmaps and implementation recommendations.
Establish marketing automation architecture, governance and best practices.
Must-Have Skills
10+ years overall IT/CRM experience.
10+ years hands-on Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
3+ years hands-on HubSpot architecture/implementation.
Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM integration experience.
Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead management, segmentation and nurture programs.
Experience with APIs, data migration/integration and enterprise CRM architecture.
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
Preferred
Salesforce Pardot/Account Engagement certification.
Salesforce Application/System Architect certification.
HubSpot Marketing Hub certification
