Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Engineer role based in Maharashtra at various locaThe Junior Engineer will assist senior engineers with design, analysis, and implementation of technical solutions, including preparing drawings, documentation, and basic calculations. Day-to-day tasks include supporting project planning, participating in team meetings, collecting and organizing technical data, and maintaining accurate records of work performed. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and vendors, following established standards and safety guidelines, and helping troubleshoot issues under supervision. The Junior Engineer is expected to learn and apply relevant tools and methodologies, contribute to process improvement, and support timely delivery of project milestones.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in engineering principles and the ability to apply them to practical problems.
Proficiency with basic engineering tools and software (e.g., CAD tools, spreadsheets, documentation platforms).
Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members and documenting work.
Ability to work on-site in Maharashtra, manage time well, and follow instructions and standards reliably.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.
Familiarity with basic project coordination or internship experience in an engineering environment is an advantage.
