Hiring | SAP HR ABAP Developer
We are looking for experienced SAP HR ABAP Developers to join our team and contribute to the development, enhancement, and support of a large-scale SAP HCM environment.
📍 Location: Remote/ Mumbai
💼 Experience: 6–10 Years
⏳ Joining: Immediate Joiners Only
🎓 Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or MCA
Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, test, and support complex SAP ABAP solutions within SAP HCM.
Work across Payroll (PY), Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management (TM).
Develop Classical/ALV Reports, Dialog Programs, Background Jobs, BDC/LSMW programs, and custom transactions.
Implement enhancements using BAdIs, User Exits, Customer Exits, and Enhancement Spots.
Develop SAPscript, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms.
Design and support integrations using BAPI, RFC, ALE, and IDOCs.
Develop and consume OData services and REST APIs.
Handle data conversion and migration from legacy systems into SAP.
Analyze, implement, and validate relevant OSS Notes.
Prepare technical specifications and support unit, integration, and UAT testing.
Provide production support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and permanent fixes.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong SAP HCM technical expertise, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, stakeholder collaboration, and end-to-end ownership of technical deliverables.
