Job Summary
We are looking for a Production Data Entry Operator / MIS Executive with strong MS Excel and Advanced Excel skills to manage production data, prepare shift-wise MIS reports, monitor production performance, and provide accurate reports to management.
The candidate will be responsible for daily production entries, data verification, preparation of production MIS, target vs. actual analysis, and maintaining accurate production records.
Key Responsibilities
•Perform accurate and timely daily production data entry.
•Collect and consolidate production data from different shifts, machines, and production departments.
•Prepare shift-wise, daily, weekly, and monthly production MIS reports.
•Prepare Target vs. Actual Production reports and highlight variances.
•Maintain machine-wise, job-wise, order-wise, and shift-wise production records.
•Verify production data and coordinate with supervisors to resolve discrepancies.
•Prepare productivity, rejection, rework, downtime, and efficiency reports.
•Develop and maintain Excel-based MIS dashboards and reports.
•Analyze production data and provide meaningful summaries to management.
•Maintain proper documentation and records of all production data.
•Ensure daily reports are prepared and circulated within the required timeline.
•Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and other departments for data collection and verification.
•Identify data inconsistencies and ensure timely correction.
•Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis whenever required.
Qualification & Experience
•Graduate in any discipline; B.Com/BBA/B.Sc. or equivalent preferred.
•1–2 years of experience in MIS, production data entry, manufacturing, or a similar role.
•Candidates with manufacturing/engineering industry experience will be preferred.
Required Skills
•Strong MS Excel & Advanced Excel knowledge.
•Good numerical and analytical ability.
•High accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Good typing speed.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes of production data.
• Ability to prepare reports within strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP software will be an added advantage.

• 100% accuracy in production data entry and reporting.
• Timely preparation of shift-wise and daily MIS.
• Accuracy of Target vs. Actual reports.
• Timely identification of production data discrepancies.
• Quality and usefulness of Excel dashboards/reports.
• Timely submission of management MIS.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Excel, comfortable working with large datasets, strong
in data analysis, and detail-oriented. The person should be able to independently prepare production MIS
reports and Excel dashboards and coordinate with the shop-floor team to ensure accurate and timely data.
