1 Accounts Billing Payment
§ Handling the Invoices & Purchase Orders with Accounts & vendor
§ Keeping track of all the payments related to Cafe Projects & vendor
§ Coordinating with dept & Vendors and get the relevant documents for BDO Approvals wherever necessary
2. Legal Metrology + FSSAI + QAQC + R&D Ensuring the artworks are in compliance with regulations & vetted by the concerned departments
3. Artwork Adaptation & MKTG Release
4. Coordinating w/t Designer on New Desgin & adaptation of artworks for release with vendors
5. New Product Launch & Indent Allocation
§ Providing the Indent allocations for New launches from OPS to SCM.
§ Preparation of Launch Mail of New/Revised Design- Products to circulate among the OPS & MGT.
§ Coordinating with concerned Dept's for the Product shoot of New Launches & display at HO
6. YoY & MoM Sales Report Analysis & Improvements
§ Monitoring the sales & qty data (YoY & MoM) on Merchandise Products.
§ Updating the New Launch Sales data weekly with HOD whenever required
7. Product Category Actualization & Improvements
§ Translating the issues of running products and launching improved design from MKTG based on the sale
§ Liquidation of Near to Expiry Stocks – Providing info on Near to Expiry Stocks with SCM & OPS Team to work on a contingent plan to utilize & Coordinating with SCM on the movement of Merch Pdts from WH to cafes as per the allocation from the respective regions
8. New Initiatives
§ Coordinating & collaboration with new agencies
§ Handling the new prototypes or orders for Vending & Café
§ New Product Research MKT Survey
§ Conduct MKT Study & Research for the upcomming new launches
§ Vendor Sourcing and On boarding for Product Innovation
9. SCM & Print Vendor Cylinders Issuance
§ Translating the requirements from Designer (Cylinder qty, Pantone Colors) with concerned dept
§ Visiting the Factory (Printer) to make sure the final product achieves the input from the Artworks.
§ Artwork Adaptation & MKTG Design Release
§ Managing KLD's, Product Information's - Pdt name, Ingredients, Nutritional Info, Allergen Advice, etc
10. Feedback Collection & Analysis
§ Sensory Evaluation and Costing Analysis of New launch products.
§ Collect feedback for new product innovation-
