BI & AI Developer

We’re looking for a hands-on BI & AI Developer to join our team and take an active role in building the data and AI solutions that support our business.
This is a hybrid role for someone with a strong BI and data background who is also passionate about AI, automation, and finding smarter ways to solve business challenges.
What you’ll do
You’ll build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines, integrations, reports, and dashboards, working with multiple marketing platforms, MMPs, and data sources such as Meta, Google, Google Play, iOS, and AppsFlyer. You’ll work with technologies including Rivery, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Python, Web Apps, AWS, and GCP.
Alongside the BI work, you’ll work closely with the Team Lead to develop and implement AI-powered solutions across the company – identifying opportunities, building tools and automations, integrating AI into existing workflows and systems, and turning new AI technologies into practical solutions that improve how teams work and make decisions.
What we’re looking for
Excellent English (Spoken and Written)- A must!
Hands-on experience in BI, Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or a similar data-focused role.
Experience working with SQL and large-scale data environments.
Experience building dashboards, reports, data pipelines, and integrations.
Experience with BigQuery, Looker Studio/Data Studio, Python, Rivery,Web Apps or similar technologies.
Understanding of APIs and working with multiple data sources, integrations and tracking.
Advantage- experience from Creative/Gaming/Marketing companies.
Strong interest and practical understanding and experience with AI, Generative AI, automation, agents and AI-powered workflows.
Curious, proactive, and highly hands-on approach – someone who enjoys experimenting, learning new technologies, and actually building things.
