Parts Interpreter

As a Parts Interpreter, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping identify the right parts and providing expert support to keep commercial vehicles on the road.
You'll work closely with customers, suppliers, warehouse teams and colleagues to deliver outstanding service while contributing to the success of the branch.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret and identify heavy vehicle parts requirements
Provide exceptional service to trade, fleet and workshop customers
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare quotations and proactively follow up opportunities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Work closely with warehouse and branch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
Respond to inventory enquiries and stock availability requests
Contribute to achieving branch sales and service targets
Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth

To be successful, you will have:
Previous Parts Interpreting experience within automotive, truck, commercial vehicle or related industries (highly regarded)
Strong customer service and sales skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
Good computer and administration skills
A current driver's licence
Mechanical aptitude or an interest in vehicles and transport
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
