The Client Engagement Manager will lead day-to-day client relationships and the successful delivery of medical publications programs across assigned accounts and projects.
This role serves as a central connection point between clients and multidisciplinary internal teams, translating strategic objectives into clear execution plans.
You will oversee projects from initiation through completion while keeping scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and compliance on track.
The position combines client partnership, project coordination, financial oversight, and medical communications expertise in a fast-paced agency environment.
You will work closely with Creative, Editorial, Digital, Project, and medical, regulatory, and legal stakeholders to deliver high-quality materials.
The role also provides opportunities to contribute to account growth, mentor junior colleagues, and participate in client-facing industry activities.
This is a full-time, home-based opportunity in the United States, with hybrid options available for candidates near designated offices.
