Subcontracts Manager - Remote Opportunity

This role manages the end-to-end subcontracting process, from understanding business requirements through negotiation, execution, administration, and renewal.
You’ll partner closely with business leaders, Legal, Compliance, IT, Security, Program Management, and external vendors to structure effective commercial agreements.
The position combines procurement expertise, contract management, market analysis, negotiation, and risk management.
You’ll help ensure subcontract terms deliver strong value while minimizing contractual, operational, financial, and compliance risks.
The role involves managing diverse subcontract arrangements supporting services, technology, research and development, and government-related programs.
You’ll also identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, strengthen supplier relationships, and increase procurement efficiency.
This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced contracts and procurement professional who can independently manage complex agreements and collaborate across functions and geographies.
