Project Manager

A large healthcare technology business is looking for a project coordinator to join the team. The successful candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle, from resource coordination to financial controlling, within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
What you'll be doing
• Leading IT implementation projects for modern information systems within clinical settings
• Coordinating project teams, external partners, and third-party providers to ensure resource alignment
• Managing project risks, preparing management reports, and developing decision-making templates
• Overseeing project financials, including budgeting, effective controlling, and cost monitoring
• Building interdisciplinary teams and fostering an agile, collaborative working culture
What we're looking for
• A degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field with experience in digitalization projects
• Strong analytical skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach to complex tasks
• Commercial acumen with competencies in quality assurance and financial oversight
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams
• Fluency in German and a willingness to travel as required for project success
