Senior CTMS Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior CTMS Business Analyst with CTMS/Clinical Management System domain expertise, system development understanding, independent delivery capability, and excellent stakeholder/communication skills.
Requirements:
CTMS domain knowledge. Understands CTMS system domain.
Experience from Veeva systems, preferably Veeva Clinical/CTMS management system.
Hands-on knowledge of Veeva CTMS features (Monitoring, Issue Management, Trial Oversight) or equivalent CTMS platforms and clinical trial conduct experience.
Business analyst experience within clinical systems management.
Nice to have:
Concrete experience building applications for risk-based monitoring from other sponsors.
Understanding and experience with building intuitive application development and working across UX, design, technical, and architectural system teams.
Advanced analytical data-driven experience in application development from a data-driven approach.
Soft skills:
Self-starter who can run initiatives end-to-end with minimal supervision.
Drive solution discovery alongside stakeholders and UX. Propose pragmatic options, perform impact analysis, and support cost/effort trade-off/value input.
Hypothesis-driven approach. Frame problems, design lightweight experiments (pilots), and iterate on solutions using measurable outcomes.
Stakeholder skills to run workshops and perform stakeholder interviews to uncover problems, root causes, and desired outcomes.
Ability to lead communications, training, and change adoption activities for assigned initiatives.
A team player that thrives in collaborative settings.
A Lean agile approach to product management.
A balanced approach to risk, leaning towards being more risk-prone and agile in development for effective system monitoring.
