Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Architect / Big Data Analytics Director to lead enterprise data architecture, big data platforms, analytics strategy, and data-driven transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead data architecture, big data strategy, analytics platforms, and data engineering initiatives.
Design scalable data warehouses, data lakes, data pipelines, and cloud data platforms.
Establish data governance, security, quality, integration, and architecture standards.
Drive advanced analytics, BI, AI/ML, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with Technology, Product, Engineering, Business, and Analytics teams.
Evaluate data technologies, cloud platforms, tools, and emerging data solutions.
Lead and mentor data architects, engineers, analysts, and technical teams.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, Analytics, or related fields.
Proven experience in data architecture, big data, data engineering, or analytics leadership.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, data lakes, data warehouses, ETL/ELT, APIs, and distributed data systems.
Experience with SQL, Python, Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, or relevant data technologies.
Strong understanding of data governance, security, quality, and enterprise architecture.
Strong technical leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading large-scale data transformation or analytics programmes is preferred.
