Role Description The Junior Electronics Hardware Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhiwandi. The role involves assisting in the design, development, and testing of electronic hardware for custom input devices and related products. Daily tasks include working on circuit design, schematic capture, PCB layout review, and basic hardware debugging under the guidance of senior engineers. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams in design, production, and quality to support prototyping, validation, and product improvements. Responsibilities also include documenting designs, preparing test reports, supporting hardware integration with mechanical and firmware teams, and adhering to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Hardware Development and Electronics Hardware Design.
Candidates should possess skills in Circuit Design and Computer Hardware.
Strong understanding of electronic components, analog and digital circuits, and basic PCB design principles.
Ability to use standard electronics lab equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies) for testing and debugging.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Good documentation skills and ability to follow engineering processes and quality standards.
Collaborative mindset, willingness to learn from senior team members, and ability to work on-site in Bhiwandi.
Exposure to embedded systems, input devices, or printed electronics is an advantage.
