Senior Business Analyst

KYP.ai process intelligence platform — the must-have for Agentic AI. We help global enterprises close the gap between where they are and where they want to be: revealing how work actually happens, proving automation ROI before investment, and enabling AI agents with real business context.
What does it mean to you? This is not a traditional software house style Business Analyst role. You will sit at the intersection of product strategy, deep technical understanding, and customer value - helping shape what KYP.ai builds next and why. Reporting to the CTO/Co-Founder, you will become a team member with internal authority on three interlocking domains:
Product Mastery: Become the internal expert on how KYP.ai works end-to-end - your opinion changes roadmap decisions
Business Context: Understand customer pain deeply enough to articulate "why this matters" - not just "what it does"
Technical Craft: Read architecture, speak with engineers as a peer, spec what hasn't been built before
What can you do with us?
Translate business needs into implementable features while carefully evaluating risks and opportunities;
Conduct thorough competitive analysis and proactively identify opportunities for new functionalities, ensuring our product stands out in the productivity mining area;
Create Epics, User Stories, and Use Cases based on selected document structure (including Acceptance Criteria);
Contribute to the backlog planning and prioritization of tasks;
Work closely with the CTO, other Product Analysts, Development and Customer Success teams - also work directly with customers to surface real needs before they become specs
What should you bring to KYP.ai?
5+ years in a product role: BA, Product Manager, Product Owner, product analyst, or equivalent on genuinely complex SaaS, data, or enterprise platforms - not CRUD apps
Comfortable reading technical architecture and talking to engineers without a translator
UX thinking and capability to bring it into the product building process
Experience or strong interest in process intelligence, mining, task mining, or automation (RPA, etc.)
Skilled in Epics, User Stories, BPMN/UML — and knows when to skip the template and just think
Intellectually restless: you get frustrated when you don't understand something deeply enough
Holds opinions, changes them when the evidence is better, and is precise about both
