Innovation Solutions Specialist

We're conducting a confidential search for an Innovation Solutions Specialist with a well-established national professional services organization.
This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who knows legal technology and enjoys being the person who connects users, technology, vendors, and business needs.
The role is much more than application support. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape how technology is evaluated, implemented, improved, and adopted across the organization.
What you’ll be doing:
• Serve as a key point of contact for Innovation Team applications and systems
• Partner with users to understand needs, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Translate user feedback into requirements and actionable change requests
• Work with third-party technology vendors and internal teams
• Identify UX gaps, configuration opportunities, and potential new features
• Support proof-of-concept and pilot initiatives
• Participate in testing and evaluation of new technology
• Develop user documentation and training materials
• Coordinate and deliver training for pilot and key users
• Support special projects across the Innovation function
Experience, Education, and Skills
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a law firm, professional services, or corporate environment
• Experience with legal technology, business applications, innovation, or technology-enabled processes
• Strong Excel and data/reporting skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project-management abilities
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to translate business/user needs into practical technology solutions
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
Salary:
Salary is approximately $80K–$95K, depending on location, experience, education, and other factors.
