We're looking for an AI Engineer to build production AI applications that combine LLMs, enterprise data, retrieval systems, and modern backend services.
You'll work on practical AI products used in real business workflows—taking ideas from prototype through to reliable production applications.
What You'll Work On
• Build production AI applications in Python
• Integrate commercial and open-source LLM APIs
• Develop RAG pipelines connecting models with enterprise knowledge and data
• Build backend services and APIs using FastAPI
• Implement semantic search and retrieval using vector databases
• Design document ingestion, chunking, embedding, and retrieval workflows
• Integrate AI applications with existing enterprise APIs and systems
• Containerise and deploy services using Docker
• Deploy and operate AI workloads on AWS
• Evaluate and improve response quality, latency, and reliability
• Build safeguards and error-handling for production AI systems
• Collaborate with Software, Data, and Product teams to turn business requirements into working AI solutions
Core Skills
• 3+ years in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, ML Engineering, or a similar role
• Strong Python development experience
• LLM APIs
• RAG
• FastAPI or similar Python backend frameworks

• Experience building production software or AI applications
