Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Senior Salesforce Developer. The Senior Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions, including workflows, integrations, and applications to meet business requirements. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, improving system performance, ensuring data integrity, and staying updated with the latest Salesforce features. The role requires a proactive approach and innovation to streamline operational processes.
Experience : 2.5 - 3.0 Yrs with Development
Qualifications
Proficiency in Salesforce Development, including Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce
Strong expertise in Salesforce integration techniques, API development, and third-party system integrations
Experience in data modeling, data management, and maintaining database integrity
Knowledge of Salesforce best practices for workflows, processes, and custom objects
Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges
Experience in requirement gathering and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Salesforce Architect are highly preferred
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology
