Application Support Analyst

Use your analytical thinking to understand requirements, create solutions and documentation.
Requirements:
Understanding the client's business, analyzing requirements, and translating them into clear specifications, having a strong functional understanding of the application and how it meets business needs;
Writing documentation;
Configure the application to meet business needs
Creating test cases and performing manual tests;
Technical 3rd level support - bug replication, support for developers, managing tickets.
Working on multiple projects, adapting quickly to changing priorities and client needs;
Using modern tools, including AI solutions, to improve efficiency and simplify processes;
Proactively identifying blockers and finding solutions to move tasks forward;
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent analytical, problem solving and time-management skills;
Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic projects with frequently changing requirements;
Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and push tasks to completion;
Openness to new technologies, including practical use of AI tools to optimize work;
Confidence in own expertise and openness to different approaches and perspectives;
Strong communication and teamwork skills;
Very good command of the English language;
Basic knowledge of SQL is a must;
2 or more years of relevant work experience;
Experience working in complex or multi-client environments, with high-configurable enterprise systems;
Experience working with financial / fintech applications or software systems in domains such as banking, collections, or financial services.
