Sales & Production executive

Zapple Healthy Box Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales & Production Data Executive to join our team in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update daily sales data, order records and customer information.
Track sales enquiries, quotations, orders, pending requirements and follow-ups.
Coordinate with customers/clients regarding order status and requirements.
Maintain daily production data and reports.
Track raw material, packaging material, production quantities and finished goods.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
Use MS Excel / Google Sheets for data management, analysis and reporting.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Stores/Purchase and other departments to ensure accurate and timely data.
Identify data discrepancies and ensure records are updated accurately.
Share regular reports and updates with management.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure all records are organized and easily accessible.
🎯 Requirements
Experience: 1+ year in MIS, Sales Coordination, Production Coordination, Data Management or a similar role.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/COUNTIF, filters and basic reporting will be an advantage.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Good numerical and analytical abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different departments.
FMCG / Food Manufacturing / Manufacturing industry experience will be an added advantage.
Candidates should be comfortable working from Greater Noida.
