Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Web Developer. The Web Developer will build, maintain, and optimize responsive websites and web applications that align with UX, brand, and visual design requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, developing back-end functionality, integrating APIs, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role involves collaborating closely with designers and product stakeholders, translating design systems into clean, efficient code, and troubleshooting issues to maintain high performance and reliability. The Web Developer will also participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and stay current with modern web standards and best practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development and Web Design skills, including building responsive interfaces and working with modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development and Programming skills, including experience with server-side languages, databases, and API integration.
Candidates should possess comprehensive Web Development skills, with the ability to manage end-to-end implementation, performance optimization, and maintainable code structures.
Candidates should possess skills in collaborating with UI/UX and visual designers, interpreting design systems, and implementing accessible, user-centered interfaces.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with version control (e.g., Git), testing and debugging tools, and modern build pipelines.
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently in a remote environment, and effective time management.
Experience working with startups or tech brands and familiarity with agile development practices is beneficial.
