GTM & CS Ops Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM & CS Ops Engineer based in United States.
This role sits at the intersection of go-to-market operations, customer success, systems, and revenue generation.
You’ll help create a connected operating model where sales and post-sales teams work from consistent data and reliable signals.
The position combines CRM administration, automation, analytics, forecasting, process design, and direct pipeline generation.
You’ll build and maintain systems that reduce manual work while improving data quality, visibility, and cross-functional handoffs.
You’ll also develop scoring models, reporting frameworks, and operational processes that influence pipeline, revenue, delivery, and customer outcomes.
The role offers significant ownership in a fully remote environment, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, PMO, and leadership.
It is well suited to a systems-minded operator who enjoys turning fragmented processes into scalable, measurable workflows.
