Sourcing Specialist

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to support our hiring initiatives by identifying, engaging, and building strong talent pipelines across various business functions. The individual will play a critical role in sourcing high-quality candidates, conducting market mapping, and partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to meet hiring objective.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates across multiple channels.
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking channels to build talent pipelines.
Conduct talent mapping, competitor analysis, and market intelligence for critical hiring requirements.
Source candidates for niche, lateral, leadership, volume, and specialized positions as per business requirements.
Perform initial candidate outreach and engagement activities to assess candidate interest and availability.
Maintain and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
Track sourcing effectiveness through key metrics such as pipeline generation, response rates, conversion ratios, and time-to-submit.
Build and maintain candidate databases within ATS/HRMS systems.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and engagement process.
Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and best sourcing practices.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-6 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or executive search.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques, X-ray searches, and talent mapping methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and data management capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver within timelines.
Preferred Skills
Experience in sourcing across insurance, analytics, consulting, BPM, or shared services environments.
Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Darwinbox, Workday etc.
Knowledge of recruitment metrics and sourcing analytics.
Experience handling both volume and niche hiring.
