About the Role
We are hiring Course Instructors with strong technical expertise and practical teaching experience to join our team and support our current Digital Upskilling Program.
The program is designed to equip graduates, youths, and job seekers with practical, job-ready tech and digital skills that can strengthen their employability and prepare them for today’s evolving digital job market.
We are looking for instructors who can combine industry knowledge, practical skills, and effective teaching to help learners build practical skills and become career-ready.
Open Instructor Roles
We are currently hiring instructors for:
🔹 Digital Marketing (AI-Powered)
🔹 UI/UX Design & Graphics
🔹 Creative Visuals & Video Editing
Key Responsibilities
• Develop clear lesson plans, weekly pre-recorded lessons, and practical exercises.
• Facilitate live classes and technical sessions on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Supervise and assess teach-back sessions, group activities, practical projects, and capstone projects.
• Create, review, and grade quizzes and weekly assessments.
• Provide timely learner feedback and maintain accurate attendance and assessment records.
• Participate in curriculum and quality review meetings as required.
• Uphold LearnGlobe standards on professional conduct, inclusivity, learner safeguarding, confidentiality, and data protection.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 3 years of practical industry experience in the relevant track, whether freelance or in-house.
• A strong portfolio or demonstrable project work, such as a portfolio website, demo reel, case studies, or GitHub.
• Previous teaching, workshop facilitation, or training experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using Google Meet/Zoom, LMS platforms, Slack, and relevant AI productivity tools.
• Strong communication, mentorship, and learner-support skills.
• Ability to teach learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Reliable weekend availability throughout the program.
Additional Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, professional certifications, curriculum development experience, instructional design skills, strong organisation and time-management abilities, and experience developing AI-enhanced learning solutions are an advantage.
