Store Manager
Location : Bangalore
Exp : 6+ years
Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
Supervise and guide store staff to achieve sales targets.
Maintain proper stock levels and handle inventory management.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
Monitor sales performance and prepare daily or monthly reports.
Maintain store cleanliness, display, and product arrangement.
Handle cash transactions and ensure proper billing procedures.
Train and motivate employees to improve productivity.
