Job Details
Position: Customer Support Executive
Process: Outbound Calling / Inbound Voice / Email + Voice
Location: Indore
Eligibility: 12th Pass / Undergraduate
Experience: Freshers and candidates with 6+ months BPO experience
Communication: English – Skill 4+
Shift: 9 Hours | 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Female Candidates: Day Shift
Male Candidates: Rotational Shift
Salary
Freshers: ₹14,925 In-Hand
Experienced: ₹20,500 CTC | ₹15,691 In-Hand
Key Requirements
Good English communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Customer handling skills
Freshers can apply
6+ months BPO experience required for experienced candidates
