About Maini Rentals
Maini Rentals is looking for a dynamic, organised and client-focused Marketing Manager to manage and coordinate our buggy/event mobility operations across weddings, corporate events, private events and other large-scale functions.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in wedding planning, corporate event management, event operations and client coordination, along with the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
This is a highly execution-oriented role. The person will be responsible for ensuring that our buggy services are planned, coordinated and executed seamlessly at events.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage buggy/event mobility requirements for weddings, corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, private events and other large gatherings.
Coordinate with event planners, wedding planners, corporates, hotels, venues, production teams and other event stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and create efficient buggy deployment and movement plans.
Manage event-day operations, including deployment, positioning, routing, schedules and coordination of buggy teams.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and event organisers before and during events.
Coordinate with internal operations teams, drivers and ground staff to ensure smooth execution.
Conduct venue visits and assess access points, parking, movement routes, guest flow and operational requirements.
Prepare event schedules, manpower requirements, deployment plans and checklists.
Handle last-minute changes and resolve operational issues calmly and efficiently.
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest experience.
Coordinate multiple events simultaneously and ensure timely execution.
Build strong relationships with wedding planners, event agencies, corporates, hotels and venues to generate repeat business and referrals.
Assist with quotations, proposals, event planning and client presentations when required.
Maintain post-event feedback and identify opportunities to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Required Experience & Skills
2–5 years of experience in event management, wedding planning, corporate events, hospitality, luxury events, event operations or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in Wedding Planning / Wedding Events.
Experience handling Corporate Events / Corporate Event Planning.
Strong client-facing and relationship-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to manage events under tight timelines and changing requirements.
Strong attention to detail and an execution-oriented approach.
Comfortable working on-site at events, including weekends and occasional extended hours.
Ability to coordinate multiple vendors, teams and stakeholders.
Good problem-solving and crisis-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Docs or similar tools.
