- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA Technical Architecture, SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and optimize custom code for performance and scalability within SAP environments.
- Experience in integrating SAP modules and ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex software issues in enterprise applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
