2. About the Opportunity:
The Digital Content Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing digital and print publishing operations across multiple B2B media brands. This role ensures content aligns with SEO, GEO, and user experience best practices, adapts editorial materials for digital platforms, and manages newsletter production and distribution. It contributes to maintaining content quality, enhancing audience engagement, and supporting content strategy through data analysis.
3. Responsibilities:
Format, upload, and publish content in the CMS with consistent tagging and categorization
Select and create images or graphics for web and social content
Convert long-form editorial into various formats and update evergreen content
Collaborate with brand editors to manage content calendars and deadlines
Work with developers to implement site updates and resolve technical issues
Track content performance using analytics tools and maintain dashboards
Develop insights to guide content strategy and distribution plans
Build and send newsletters, perform A/B testing, and monitor engagement metrics
Write, edit, and schedule platform-specific social media posts
Maintain editorial standards and contribute to content planning
4. Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
Minimum 3 years of editorial experience
Proficiency in writing, editing, SEO, and AI
Experience with CMS and newsletter platforms preferred
Understanding of SEO/GEO, analytics, social media, and data-driven decision making
Strong communication and multitasking skills
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Salary range: $45,000 - $50,000
